Your main responsibilities
  • Increasing awareness and managing positioning for the lifestyle hotel brand nhow in Northern Europe, according to the brand pillars by initiating and managing activities within target group
  • Creation of an annual nhow marketing plan for Northern Europe and individual hotel marketing plans
  • Development and execution of communication materials and activities, based on need, market and competitive set
  • Implementation and follow-up of CI standards in communication materials
  • Handling of influencer cooperation´s and managing the Social Media content-strategy aligned with PR & Social Media team
  • Initiating and executing brand collaborations matching the nhow brand pillars
  • Supporting the operational teams for new nhow hotel openings to ensure in-line communication and transfer of brand values
  • Conception and creation of content in regards to text, image and videos
  • Close exchange and negotiations with relevant agencies linked to the hotels and brand projects
  • Strong brand ambassador within the business unit, supporting and guiding on-site marketing managers
  • Close exchange with the hotels and the headquarters in Madrid, as well as all internal departments
This is your profile
  • Successfully finished studies within the field of Economics, Business Administration, Hotel Management or similar and with a focus in Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience within a similar position, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry or similar sector
  • Strong knowledge of brands for the creation of the marketing and communication mix
  • Profound knowledge of Social Media activities and influencer marketing
  • Passionate storytelling with good knowledge in PR
  • Experience in media campaigns, development and coordination of campaigns and graphic materials
  • Very strong MS-Office (especially Power Point) and overall computer knowledge, preferably experience with SAP (MM)
  • Fluent in English is a must, German or Dutch are a plus - very strong English copy writing skills are required
