Your main responsibilities
  • Online and digital sales channels development
  • Supporting global managers of corporate and M&E digital sales in optimizing processes and functionality, internal communication and optimal local use on all online and digital sales channels
  • Support HQ in securing the whole value chain of NH YS and NH YAS is working properly
  • Portfolio accountability and commercial development of the local M&E online portals
  • Maximum use of commercial and strategical opportunities with M&E online portals in close collaboration with our Revenue/Strategic team to align with M&E need calendar
  • Increase and maintain M&E online portal awareness and knowledge with GSO team leaders and agents
  • Execution of the front/back office requirements, business tracking and reporting, supporting and helping the hotels and daily tasks to make all the above work.
  • Updating and monitoring M&E online portal content
Qualifications
  • Degree level - preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, Business Admin.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a sales role, either in hotels or in other tourism related industries with experience either in online channels or M&E digital platforms.
  • Fluent in German and a good knowledge of English
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint)
  • Understanding the online distribution world and business dynamics
  • Understanding of GDS, TMC’s, TMS4Hotels and other distribution channels
